Development

Your opportunities are as individual as our hotels.

We aren’t just interested in your CV. If you like to take the initiative, have a desire to learn and achieve something, then you belong with us. Those who show that they want to accomplish something will get the opportunity to realise their full potential with us. Step by step, at their own pace. At department level, within the Company and on a global level too.

25hours focus weeks

Focus Weeks are all about experiencing, discovering and integrating our values into different areas of work. Drawing on the individual viewpoints of participants from different departments, commercial content is developed and preparations are put in place for this to be transferred into daily working life. The training sessions are conducted in unconventional formats: there are workshops and panel discussions, which are actively organised in large groups, Walk to Talks for discussions in small groups and Barcamps to allow ideas to be exchanged in a relaxed environment. Outdoor activities and challenges enable you to get to know the 25hours tribe, your colleagues, on a deeper level.

25hours talent days

Our Talent Days are for the employees who, seemingly unnoticed, do a great job every day. Who never cease to amaze us. Who are constantly looking to develop and advance themselves. Our three-day trip to Majorca is all about your personal development and seizing opportunities. You learn to take on responsibility and to find your place in the tribe. It goes without saying that fun and a varied supporting programme are part of the deal. Through sports activities and a team-oriented evening programme at the bar, you have the opportunity to get to know your colleagues in a completely different light.

25hours experts

The heads of department of the various hotels meet with each other on a regular basis to share knowledge and ideas. And we don’t simply sit in a meeting room - we go out into the world and discover our fields of work in an active way. That could be a food trend tour or a mystery check, visiting a creative event or conducting a digital hotel tour. At the same time, you develop further in your leadership position, delve deeper into your specialist area and become an expert yourself.

25hours multi & basic trainings

Our Basic Training programmes completely revolve around the 25hours spirit. And who better to pass on this culture than the colleagues who experience it on a daily basis? For this reason, knowledge in the areas of 25hours Essentials, Behaviour, Feedback and Communication is passed on internally here. That’s because we have so many talented people who can convey their knowledge of our principles in an authentic and entertaining way. As a Multi, you receive additional professional training, giving you the opportunity to devise training programmes with us which enable, allow and encourage you to train up your colleagues on our values.

Youngster Offer

Our 25hours apprentice bootcamp is designed to prepare you perfectly for your assessment and working life. The two-day bootcamp enables you, along with other apprentices, to expand and put into practice all of the relevant content for your intermediate or final exams. Alongside intensive preparation for your intermediate or final exams, the bootcamp also offers a fantastic opportunity to get to know apprentices from other hotels and to overcome your fears together.

25hours project days

As a student on a 25hours dual study programme, you will spend two Expert Days at one of our locations and take a look behind the scenes of our international hotel group. Every year, different experts from our Head Office offer insights into their departments and demonstrate processes and decision-making procedures. This is followed by a project along with all the Company’s dual study programme students to make the topic more accessible for you and to encourage the exchange of ideas.

Management growth

Being a manager at 25hours means creating an environment in which your staff can thrive. Alongside daily tasks such as being visible, making decisions, agreeing targets and managing conflicts, it is also important to find, recruit and support fresh talent. What’s more, our managers are active role models – as experts as well as people. In order to support new managers in particular within the hotel group, we have established the Growth Programme: an in-house coaching academy which begins every two years and runs through a 12-month programme. This training programme can open the door to a new career opportunity, in addition to personal development.
